I was raised in Hawai‘i, where every path is shaped by interconnection. Growing up here taught me that nothing exists in isolation — people, systems, and stories are always entwined. That lesson still guides me as a designer today.

As a Senior UX Researcher & Designer, I bring curiosity and empathy to untangle complexity. Whether it’s a provider portal, an accessibility initiative, or a healthcare workflow, I look for the hidden connections that transform overwhelming systems into experiences that feel simple, clear, and human.

My work spans UX research, accessibility, and inclusive design with a focus on healthcare SaaS and other high-impact industries. I thrive on end-to-end projects: leading discovery, prototyping, usability testing, and design system contributions — always with equity at the center.

Beyond my design practice, I advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech. At symplr, I led the LGBTQ ERG and co-founded PRISM to create systemic change. For me, advocacy and design are inseparable — both are about building structures that work better for everyone, especially those too often overlooked.​
